AEGEAN 愛琴灣

This webpage is a project in progress initiated by Orlando Rodriguez, owner of the Flat 5M at Aegean, in May 2026. I am not a member of the Owners Management Committee (OMC). My objective is to help find solutions to the current problems of maintenance, security, communication, and quality of life in our community.

In my opinion, the solutions should be developed within the legal framework, with transparency and through a team effort among the community, the OMC, and the management office.

I believe that many of our current problems of maintenance, security, compliance, and communication cannot be solved only by the OMC and the management office; it is necessary to make an additional effort from the community.

The financial resources are a key component in the solutions, but money is not the only issue that needs to be addressed; we need to work together with a clear understanding of problems, their priority, and legal implications to make the right decisions.

Over the coming weeks, I will be adding additional information and sections to this web page, hoping that it will be useful in helping to understand our current situation and visualize how to make progress.

這個網頁是一個正在進行中的專案，由 Aegean 五號單位的業主 Orlando Rodriguez 於 2026 年 5 月發起。我並非業主立案法團（Owners Management Committee, OMC）的成員。我的目標是協助尋找解決方案，以應對我們社區目前在維修、保安、溝通及生活品質方面的問題。

在接下來的數週，我將會在此網頁新增更多資訊與內容，希望能幫助大家理解我們目前的情況，並構想如何推進改善。
